Order Processing

All products are made to order and are final sale. Please allow up to 7 business days for production prior to shipping. Shipping timelines vary by product and destination.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if we suspect fraudulent, unauthorized, or abusive activity.

Shipping

We offer both domestic and international shipping. Delivery times vary based on product type, destination, and carrier.

Once an order has shipped, you will receive tracking information. Shipping carriers may experience delays that are outside of our control.

Somewhere From Home is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once tracking confirms delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll gladly work with you to resolve it.

Purchasing a digital download grants a personal-use license only. Files may not be printed, distributed, or sold for commercial or resale purposes.
