Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free U.S. shipping on all physical orders. No minimum required.
How long will it take to receive my order?

Each piece is made-to-order just for you. Most orders ship within 3 business days. If your order contains multiple pieces, your order may take up to 5 business days.

You’ll receive tracking info via email once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the U.S. We hope to expand soon!
Can I return or exchange my order?

Because our products are made-to-order, we are unable to make changes or cancellations once an order is placed. Please double-check all selections before checkout.
Do you offer wholesale or trade discounts?

Not yet, but we’re working on it! If you’re an interior designer or retailer, email us and we’ll let you know when wholesale is available!

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.

Product Questions
What kind of paper do you use?

All unframed and framed prints are printed on premium archival matte fine art paper (230gsm) with rich, accurate color and a smooth, museum-quality finish.
What’s included with framed prints?

Solid wood frame (available in select finishes)

Optical-grade clear acrylic

Matboards (optional add on):

  • 1" for frames up to 12×16"
  • 2" for frames 24×36" and larger

Sawtooth hanger for easy hanging.
Will my print look exactly like the preview online?

Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen. Some cropping may occur depending on the size you choose—we always crop with the composition in mind.
Can I customize a print or request a custom size?

We'll try our best! Reach out with your request and we'll get back to you.

Digital Downloads
How do I access my digital download?

Right after purchase, you’ll get a download link on the confirmation page and via email. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or contact us.
Can I share or resell the file?

No. All digital downloads are for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
