FAQ's
Are the prints archival?
Yes! Our prints are made with archival inks and acid-free paper, designed to last a lifetime without fading or yellowing.
Are the frames ready to hang?
Yes, all framed prints arrive fully assembled with hanging hardware already installed—just unbox and hang.
Do you offer custom sizes?
We offer a curated selection of popular sizes and frame finishes, but if you see something we don't offer- please reach out and we'll try to make it happen!
What's your return policy?
Because each print is made to order, we don’t accept returns. But... if something seems off, please contact us!
How long will it take to receive my order?
Please allow 2–5 business days for production. Shipping time varies by location, but most orders arrive within 7–10 business days.
How long does shipping take?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
What’s the frame depth and finish like?
All of our frames are made from solid wood, but the profile and finish vary by style. You can scroll to “Frame Options” for close-ups of each finish.
What does vintage reproduction mean?
Each piece is a reproduction of vintage artwork. We digitally restore the image to make it print-ready, but we intentionally keep some of the natural character, like fine cracks or worn textures. These details don’t mean the print is damaged, they’re what give it that cozy, collected feel.
Do the colors look the same in person as they do online?
We work hard to make sure our product photos are true to life, but every screen shows colors a little differently. Lighting in your space can also shift how tones appear (warm light vs daylight, for example).
Can I order the print unframed?
Yes, absolutely. You can choose 'paper print' option if you’d prefer to use your own frame.
What’s the difference between paper and canvas?
- Paper prints → Printed on thick, archival-quality matte paper with rich, true-to-life color. Perfect for framing behind acrylic or glass.
- Canvas prints → Printed on heavyweight canvas with a subtle texture, stretched and wrapped around wooden bars. Canvas has more of a relaxed, “gallery” look and doesn’t need a frame (though you can add one if you’d like).
